Investigating current existing hotels on Alibaba and Targeting potential hotels to online them

Training reservation department of targeted hotels (Admin of Hotel) and activating their accounts on the panel

Training Financial department of targeted hotels to use the financial centre of the panel (Increasing Full Automated Bookings through the Chanel manager)

Training New Joined Hotels to use the panel before activating the hotel on Alibaba

Maintaining the live hotels to keep them engaged with the panel

Resolving issues and supporting hotel admins.

Pricing (Data Entry)

Matching competitive prices for all hotels (Manually)

Training all new features on the Chanel manager for all hotels

Negotiate with hotel managers and reservations

Working on CRM software (Jira – CRM)

Sign contract with new hotels

Fix finance contradictions through own hotel managers

Managing overbooks

Supporting hotel admins and troubleshooting (Technical Problems)

Changing cash method contract to credit contract
