Job Description

We are looking for an experienced brand and communication strategist to help us grow our brand equity in the market and appeal to a larger audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the branding process and define brand identity and brand strategy elements.
  • Design research to measure brand health and brand equity metrics.
  • Contribute to the research & discovery phase through market research, competitor analysis, audience interviews, and any additional tactics that add value.
  • Predict market trends and utilize consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop big-picture strategies and translate them into comprehensive marketing communication plans and effective advertising campaigns that align with brand goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to budget planning for advertising and promotional plans.
  • Ensure our brand message and tone are consistent across all online and offline touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with the creative team, designers, and copywriters to ensure that materials adhere to brand guidelines and are in line with the current brand strategy.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of brand management, advertising strategy, and marketing communication.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in Brans Strategy field.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a creative mind.
  • Great in written and verbal communication and skilled in persuading others to brand point of view and explaining the reasoning behind strategic decisions.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends in marketing practices.
  • Fluent in English.
