Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
· Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility.
· Ensure resource availability and allocation.
· Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project.
· Coordinate with internal parties for the flawless execution of projects.
· Manage relationships between internal teams.
· Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools.
· Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks.
· Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed.
· Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements:
· Bachelor or master degree in Industrial Engineering, MBA, Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.
· Familiar with business and finance industry.
· Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels.
· High level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance.
· Comfortable navigating through gray areas without clear solutions.
· Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture.
· Good Excel skills.
· Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
· Self-starter with good time management skills when urgent deadlines need to be met.
· Proficiency in English.
· Having the ability of thinking outside the box, problem solving, strategic thinking and time management.
