Job Description

The B2B Agency Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives in promoting and selling the company’s products/services to other businesses. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales strategies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth through coaching, monitoring, and motivating a sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, coach, and develop a team of B2B sales representatives.
  • Set individual and team sales targets, and ensure team members are motivated and equipped to meet them.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to help team members improve their sales techniques.
  • Organize and lead regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance check-ins.
  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to target new business opportunities and increase sales in existing accounts.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
  • Identify trends and market shifts to adjust the sales approach accordingly.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics to assess individual and team performance.
  • Use CRM systems to track customer interactions, sales pipelines, and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key business clients and prospects.
  • Oversee complex or high-value sales negotiations to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Resolve client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant data to senior management.
  • Provide actionable insights on sales trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members.
  • Ensure that new hires receive appropriate training and have the necessary resources to succeed.

 Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of B2B sales techniques, CRM systems, and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
